As it is believed that safety takes different forms including safety from harm, hazards, abuse and exploitation, of which all pour under the big umbrella of health and safety that LEAD is committed to; therefore, LEAD had responded to the call of World Vision Lebanon for conducting 5 days’ capacity building training in both HALBA and DREIB AL AWSAT, the vulnerable communities of AKKAR, for youth, to equip them technically and educationally for them to advocate for their rights at the community level. Throughout the training, the students acquired all the learning objectives including but not limited to the types and the best ways to prevent child abuse, public speaking skills, and many others.
