Through the “Recycling and Solid Waste Management Capacity Building” – TOT, the Mother Action Groups (MAGs) in Beqaa were technically trained on engaging students in the surrounding communities to sort and recycle wastes. During this training held in CHTOURA Park Hotel ZAHLE, the trainees were able to enhance their knowledge and skills regarding solid waste management, and acquire the best approaches to be adopted for conveying the messages to children, starting 5 years old, and youth in schools relying on child-friendly tools and techniques.
